Est\u00e1n a cargo de la Secretar\u00eda de\u00a0Estudiantes las funciones que se determinen en el ROI y las siguientes:<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">a)<\/span><\/strong> Prestar asistencia a los estudiantes para acompa\u00f1ar su trayectoria formativa y acad\u00e9mica y\u00a0facilitar su desenvolvimiento dentro de la instituci\u00f3n educativa.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">b)<\/span> <\/strong>Articular con el Coordinador Institucional de Pol\u00edticas Estudiantiles, las acciones\u00a0vinculadas al estudiantado.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">c)<\/span> <\/strong>Articular acciones con los Coordinadores de cada una de las carreras.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">d)<\/span><\/strong> Es responsable del relevamiento, carga y resguardo de la informaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica,\u00a0documental y de gesti\u00f3n para la trayectoria formativa de los estudiantes.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">e)<\/span><\/strong> Colaborar con la coordinaci\u00f3n de horarios de clases y ex\u00e1menes.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">f)<\/span> <\/strong>Carga de estudiantes y seguimiento de cohortes en el sistema <strong>SAGE-LUA<\/strong> o en el sistema\u00a0de administraci\u00f3n de estudiantes equivalente.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">g)<\/span><\/strong> Informar a los estudiantes sobre cuestiones administrativas, reglamentarias y acad\u00e9micas.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">h)<\/span><\/strong> Informar a los estudiantes sobre las prescripciones de los reglamentos acad\u00e9micos.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">i)<\/span><\/strong> Brindar informaci\u00f3n al claustro de profesores sobre la trayectoria acad\u00e9mica de los\u00a0estudiantes.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">j)<\/span><\/strong> Asistir a docentes y estudiantes a fin de facilitar un mejor desarrollo de la actividad\u00a0acad\u00e9mica.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">SECRETARIAS:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong>Prof. Vanesa GELOS<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong>Prof. Claudia PRIETO<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong>Prof. Susana FEIERABEND<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4374\" src=\"https:\/\/ifdsao-rng.infd.edu.ar\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Horarios-de-Secretaria-de-estudiantes.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"454\" \/><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4193\" src=\"https:\/\/ifdsao-rng.infd.edu.ar\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Consejos-Utiles.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"810\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FUNCIONES: Seg\u00fan el (R.O.M)\u00a0Art\u00edculo 45\u00ba.- Funciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Estudiantes.
