Los procesos formativos tienen lugar a trav\u00e9s de la mediaci\u00f3n con otros sujetos, las instituciones, el conocimiento y las huellas que marcaron las historias escolares de los sujetos de la formaci\u00f3n, inscribi\u00e9ndose as\u00ed en una historia individual y grupal atravesada por m\u00faltiples determinaciones: personales, institucionales, generacionales, societales, culturales y pol\u00edticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">Las finalidades de la formaci\u00f3n docente inicial se orientan a la construcci\u00f3n de un proyecto de acci\u00f3n compartido que promueva una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n en el oficio de ense\u00f1ar. Formar profesionales capaces de transmitir la herencia cultural, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n los conocimientos y valores para una formaci\u00f3n integral en las nuevas generaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Perfil del Egresado:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">El\/la docente de Educaci\u00f3n Inicial debe ser capaz de reconocer y trabajar con la diversidad, con las m\u00faltiples infancias y con las configuraciones sociales y familiares que se presentan en el contexto que lo rodea. Debe ser un\/a docente que aborde la ense\u00f1anza en tanto pr\u00e1ctica social y pol\u00edtica situada.
